Wow, thats an expensive perm. Norm is to tip 20% on beaty services but with the amount that high, I'd give $100 and call it a day. Part of the work in only in the beginning, then you have to sit under the light so you shouldnt tip for that part, it just prolongs the process.
wow thats alot well id say min of $50 that sounds like alot of work i get my hair cut for like $80 and i always tip $10
