Ok, I had a Supercuts complaint which I was talking to their head office about and I am not at all happy with the outcome. The Supercuts is located in VA, I wondered is their an ombudsman I can escalate my complaint to? (I had my hair ruined by an 'experienced' hairdresser when cutting a very simple layered+bangs cut)Who do I escalate my hairdresser complaint to?
It's a franchise, so you probably won't get any further than the owner of the shop. Since hair grows back and a bad haircut is not life threatening; unless you want to devote all your time to a crusade against Supercuts, I'm afraid you are at the end of the road.
